Forming it is the easy part. Keeping it right is the work.

Six practices, each led by partners who've sat in your seat. We take on the strategy, capital, and operating decisions that define the next chapter.

Company formation

Corporate, business-unit, and go-to-market strategy grounded in real unit economics — not aspiration.

Registered office

Structure, process, and cost redesign so the company can move faster without breaking what works.

Corporate administration

Capital allocation, planning, and value-creation modeling — the numbers behind every board decision.

Cross-border structuring

Diligence, integration, and expansion planning that de-risks the big moves and captures the synergy.

Accounting & filings

Bookkeeping, statutory accounts and coordination of audit and tax filings with local advisers.

Compliance & AML

Leadership, culture, and change management — the work that makes a strategy actually stick.

What an engagement covers

Named people, accountable for your deadlines.

Every client has a named administrator and a deputy. The person who opens your register is the person who maintains it.

  • Fixed fee per entity
Formation and annual administration are quoted per entity, per jurisdiction, before we start.
  • Deadline tracking
Statutory deadlines tracked centrally and confirmed to you in advance of filing.
  • Portal access
Registers, resolutions and correspondence available to you at any time, not on request.
Common questions

How we work.

How long is a typical engagement?

Most formations complete in five to ten working days once due diligence is settled. Group reorganisations run in phases, registry by registry.

Do you work on a retainer?

Formation is a fixed fee. Ongoing administration is an annual retainer per entity. Disbursements and registry fees are passed through at cost.

Will you implement, or just advise?

Both, if needed. We can act as registered office and administrator, or work alongside your existing company secretary.

Let's scope it

Tell us the structure. We'll tell you the obligations.

A short call to confirm the jurisdiction, the obligations it carries, and what we would charge.
